November, a photo from Pomorskie, West

Photographer's Note

Unlike the beautifully sunny October this year, November begins in shades of grey. The mornings are foggy, there's unpleasant humidity in the air...on one hand it sounds a little depressing, but on the other hand the mixture of it can be...aesthetically very pleasant:-)
This is what the sky looked like today morning - almost white... the fog obscuring the vision, the streets looked magical when I was going to work after 6 a.m. and I only wished I had my camera with me, but I didn't, so I at least caught this cobweb in my garden as soon as I got home (earlier than usual fortunately:-))
I don't think there's going to be a November series, I miss the colours of the summer so I might return to that...

Good catch Aleksandra. For a second i thought it was a man made object. Strange that it can carry so much water drops.

Trees are surely the autumns when an atmosphere warm for some reason stays though a color is bright, and summer was over in October. . .
But, November merely does that it snows dark days only waiting, and a shutter can catch such a beautiful scenery, and you are very splendid.
This looked be the drop which stuck to a spider's web to accessories of a necklace.
I think that you found the diamond which you glitter for gray scenery, and shine of November.

Nice picture, Alex! Good choice using B&W here, enhancing the texture instead of the depressing and washed out colors! Also, Good shallow DOF, also wisely chosen! I saw another picture of another guy here that focused on one of those cobweb condensations...amazing thing, never saw that before!

Cudowne listopadowe koraliki. Wspaniale zdjecie i swietna perspektywa. Nie ma co plakac nad tym ze jest listopad. Kazdy miesiac jest w pewien sposob niepowtarzalny, a szczegolnie jesli chodzi o fotografie, a dowodem tego jest wlasnie twoje zdjecie. A melancholia schylku jesieni tez ma swoje dobre strony. Bedziesz sie potem bardziej cieszyc wiona i latem, a tak np. w takiej Portugalii to chyba malo kto docenia to ciagle, dlugie lato... Glowa do gory i czekam na wiecej takich fotek. pozdrawiam. maki

cudo!!! straszeni mi sie podoba, prostota a zarazem zlozonosc tej kompozycji, swietny kadr, cudne zblizenie, te krople wygladaja jak koraliki na jakiejs misternej hmm, no wlasnie, pajeczynie... b&w dobrze oddaje nastroj dzisiejszych dni, naprawde swietnie przekazujesz klimat poszczegolnych por roku... rewelka :) pozdrawiam

Swietnie zauwazone, doskonale sfotografowane. To zdjecie w swej prostocie pieknie wyraza atmosfere listopada - chyba najbardziej przygnebiajacego miesiaca w roku. Bardzo podoba mi sie glebia ostrosci na tej fotografii.
