Hi Cessy,
the scene that you tallied here is really very quiet... Good composition with this man alone in the medium of the boats.
Beautiful shaving light

Hi Cessy.
I like both versions of the photo, but I think this one is more powerfull than the BW.
I'm thinking about a square format.
What do you think?

We all have been waiting so long for your new photos. This one is really fine. Nice composition. B&W in WS also makes impression. Regards, Cessy. I am glad to see you back.

Hello Cessy,
Nice excersice in size, I like the way the man is made smaller by the large boats next to him, nicely composed,

Hi Cessy.
Well composed and nice colours here. I like the scene that you has captured. That small and lonely man, that big ship,... I like it.
Carlos.

Hi Cessy
My preference goes to the colored version for the diversity of the colors, all subdued and informative,as the rust trailings on the side of the boat.
I like the right part of the photo where the boats seems to catapult us towards the sky.
Good composition.Charles

Nice scene from the port, Cessy, where the boats make a fine and lo-o-ong subject in your presentation. I like the mixture of worn textures and vivid sky, and the walking guy is a good add. Hard to decide between the color and b&w one, they each have their qualities - perhaps in the end I slightly lean towards the tonal range and contrast in the b&w.

Hi Cessy, You have well captured the beautiful contrasts in this picture. Nice clarity and sharpness. The inclusion of the person in this image has provided a nice reference to the size of the boats. A well composed and well taken picture.

Hej Cessy,
I find the angle you chose for those boast very good. I like very much the perspective view of the front parts of them. The man is an excellent detail to give an idea about scale. Very well done!

Hi Cessy. What a dynamic shot this is. It's topped off with the very good sky. I enjoyed this series before and it's no different with this one. Great shot Cessy!!

Hi cessy
A fantastic daily life scene from the harbour. Good color, graphism, lighting, & sharpness. The man adds scale & context. Bagus sekali!

Hi Cessy,
For me what's interesting in this view is the dynamism and opposition, as the man walks against the boats stream. Nice scene you captured here and for me no doubt I go for colors !!! (but this I guess will surprise nobody ;-) )
Have a nice day,
Jean-Yves

Bonsoir Cessy, personnellement je préfère le BW pour la bonne raison que ces bateaux n'ont pas d'âge et que le BW souligne le graphisme dû aux courbes très bien dessinées des bateaux.
