Yesterday I was at the Island Fur north, standing there to se the old ship comming around the island.
They have leaved Struer in the morning, and late afternoon they came to Fur.

Il est bien beau ce voilier en pleine action par un temps qui semble légèrement brumeux. On a l'impression de ressentir le mouvement des vagues.

Hi, Kaj. It's nice to see this beautiful sailing boat listing and the other one under its sail in the background. The sails stand out very well against the sky. (I think there is a small stain at the extreme right of thre picture, a little above the Danish flag, dust on your sensor?)

It was good that yesterday was out yesterday - this shot of the sailing ship is a classic. Top capture in the style of old paintings of the grand ships. Not least also the detail of the one in the back. Even the Danebrog in full flower.
What more can a photog ask for.

It was quite a long time I did not visit your galery and it's a real pleasure to discover some of your latest contributions. This one is especially noticeable, with the beautiful sailing ship (or should I say ships, taking into account the presence of the second one in the foggy background). The composition is very dynmic and the whole gives us simply a beautiful picture!

Hi Kaj. It took me a couple of weeks to get to this one, but now I'm glad I did. It is a classic of its kind. Magnificent lighting and colour, and the leaning boat is beatifully positioned, in its own right, and to show the other boat in the distance at a different angle which creates dynamism. The whole image has so much power and movement. Nice frame too. Superb shot.

Kaj your photo is simply wonderful! You can feel the wind and the wave spray! Also I find the composition giving a strong feeling of movement and the boat in the background make the depth!
