Photographer's Note

Just came back from a 3-day visit to Ioannina,the capital city of Epirus perfecture and this must be the most photographed point of this amazing city,the Mosque above the mole and the point called by the locals the"12 metter" cause the depth at this point is the deeper and where back at the old days they used to go swimming!The myth says that is also the place where Ali Pasas through in Kyra-Eyfrosini to drawn.The small boat connects every half an hour the city with the small island in the middle of the lake.

Εκπληκτικη η φωτογραφια σου απο την λιμνη των Ιωαννινων.Επισκεφτηκα και εγω προσφατα την πολη και ειδα απο κοντα ποσο ομορφη ειναι.Εντονα χρωματα και δυνατα φυσικα φαινομενα συνθετουν το σκηνικο σου.Μπραβο!

Hi Panagiotis,
Great natural colours and beautiful scenery...The clouds look a bit 'treated'. Did you apply some blur? They look nice and moody. This photo is different from the others in your gallery, which are mostly washed by warm and inviting Greek sun.

εξαιρετική η φωτογραφία σου από την λίμνη με ένα ουρανό που έχει γράψει καταπληκτικά.Πολύ καλά ισορροπημένη λήψη που δίνει μεγάλο βάθος πεδίου.Το πλοιάριο προσθέτει μιά ωραία πινελιά στην επιφάνεια της λίμνης.Τα χρώματα,και η οξύτητα είναι πετυχημένα.Μπράβο.

Hello Panagiotis! As soon as I come in for a closer look, the great sharpness of the image is very apparent. You captured a very dramatic sky and also a very interesting green colored sea.
