- By all accounts an entry-level amateur, I became seriously interested in taking photos when I joined a local hiking club in the summer of 2004. I thought it was a pity not to capture the beautiful scenes I saw on hiking trails. It is also fortunate for me to live in British Columbia, Canada, a place with fascinating terrain and stunning natural beauty, which certain offers plenty of excellent shutterbugging opportunities. I bought a Canon 350D in the summer of 2005 to learn more skills in this area. I enjoy sharing my photos and exchanging ideas with other people who share my love with photography and this Earth.
