I filtered it twice in Neatimage software with 35%, the clouds look softer now. I am not sure about its success because the clouds have lost their stark edges. But at least much of the noise is gone. Hope you like it.

ive first added brightness to wall, then moved color balance towards green, ive did same with sky, this time towards blue, and added just a bit of red to all photo.. i didnt do anysthing spectacular, but i wanted to try it:)

Improved contrast and used the curves tool to bring back some light to the wall.

In Photoshop I adjusted the levels slightly, cropped the image to make the water feel more immediate, added yellow, green, and magenta to remove the 'blue' cast to the water, and sharpened the image. It would have been interesting to see this image with a little longer shutter speed to capture the movement of the water a little. I like the image...good job.

I really like the sky that you have captured here. I adjusted the levels, cropped the image slightly, removing part of the ocean and the cliff on the right bottom. I then added some red, yellow, and green to help remove the blue cast and then sharpened the photo slightly. The clouds and sun in this image are phenomimal. Very nice...very, very, nice.

Crop to keep the circle formed by bridge and its reflect, giving something looking like an eye... Try to improve details in dark zones using a contrast making... Hope you will like.

to adjust colors:
- Changed levels
- added a little saturation
to remove the aura around the tower:
- used clone tool to copy the clouds and sky over the aura and healing brush tool to adjust the clone marks

Cortei apenas um pouco do lado esquerdo, ao retitar o edificio com as letras douradas consegue-se um ambiente mais antigo. Olhando a foto desta forma eu diria: "Amarante? Não será Veneza?"
