I hope you don't mind i try to remove the green-yellow color of the foreground, just to see who it's look like.
1. Color Balance with Preserve Luminosity, -7Red, +17Green, +37Blue at shadows, -17Red, -60Green, +84Blue at Modtones.
2. Master saturation +37, Yellows +25Saturation +24Lightness, Magentas -100Saturation.
Changes applying to foreground area usind mask at PS.

It was not so easy to make the adjustement, I tried to adjust the curves of the yellow, and red, with a few adjtments with colours luminosity.

nice photo i just tried to enhance colours/light and remove the grain

-Brightness +5%
-Contrast +10%
-lighting effects to enchance colour in the sea
-multiply level layer for the sky to give a glowing effect
-Sharpen a bit

select tool to the sky and use the color balance...........after use the color balance to all the foto..just one opinion...salut!!!!!

Color cast correction, without (I hope) reduce too wach the warm feeling you wanted to abtain.

I think you could increase the resolution.
