- Hi, I'm Katie and I live in England.Originally I came from Yugoslavia. I've always loved photography and thank god to digital photography I can afford to take thousands and thousands photos.I am still an amateur and I'm learning and experimenting with light,angles,colour etc.I had a cheap camera few years ago taking holiday snaps and I had only few good photos. I bought this camera in may 08, when I went to visit a beautiful place in Wales for the second time.I bought it in a shop at midnight just before I set off to Wales. I couldn't not go there again without being able to capture the beauty of the place. I didn't have a clue how to use the camera so for about a year I was using automatic or ready set up programme. During my trip in Mallorca my boyfriend thought me about the balance, exposure etc. and since then I've been experiencing and improving my photos. Treakearth is a great place to learn about photography and to see the world. I've never been outside Europe but with TE I travel around the world.
