Mikoyen - I did the following:

1 - Used curves to remove the color cast due to overcast condition and Fuji film.
2 - Using Free Transform and the guidelines in the ruler I moved both the upper left and right coners out to make the pilar and light post on the right vertical as well as the flag poles and bell tower.
3 - Since color correcting did little to the sky I used the Magic Wand and selected the sky, cleaned up the horizon, added a feather of 2 px, and then in curves improved contrast with an "S" curve.
4 - Last step was to sharpen with unsharp mask. This may have added some haloing because of the JPG format and low resolution but I think it does look better.

J'ai sélectionné le ciel avec la baguette magique et je l'ai adouci avec "edge preserving smooth".

Cropped the bottom and left to put more focus on the boat and people. The horizon is straight, so no rotation was necessary. Added a frame (chose red - not necessarily the best choice, but I like the contrast...) I then used unsharp mask and increased contrast and selectively saturated on the red. The sky became a bit overexposed, so I selectively desaturated. Hope you don't mind, and hope you like it.
