They tell us to take pictures early morning or late afternoon. They tell us "blown" skies are bad. They teach us how to "replace" a sky with one of your stock skies (but forget to tell you how to replace the water reflecting the sky).

But when you're traveling, you can't always come back a few hours later or the next day. Besides, that white or completely blown sky can actually tell a story: the shelter of a narrow alley, the shimmering heat in the desert...
