Ioannina is the capital city of Epirus.I couldn't even imagine such a scene,the mosque inlight and the moon revealing among the clouds.

Kalispera Panagiotis,
You were inspired to use these particular light conditions and I like here how the moon gives answer to the mosque (or vice versa), this photo has a great potential in terms of balance, I suggest you a different crop in the atached WS.

a fine night photo what makes it special is the green and red lights and their reflections on the water the way moon shines and its placement on clouds is really good.
