Photographer's Note
Probably my last upload from Paris and this is the only one during daylight!Probably the most recognizable tower all over the world from an angle i'm sure you have seen a hundred times!Info:The Parisian landmark is the tallest structure in Paris and one of the most recognized structures in the world[1] and is named after its designer, engineer Gustave Eiffel. 6,719,200 people visited the tower in 2006[2] and more than 200,000,000 since its construction.[3] This makes the tower the most visited paid monument in the world.[4] Including the 24 m (79 ft) antenna, the structure is 325 m (1,063 ft) high (since 2000), which is equivalent to about 81 levels in a conventional building. The structure of the Eiffel Tower weighs 7,300 tons. Depending on the ambient temperature the top of the tower may shift away from the sun by up to 18 cm (7 in) due to thermal expansion of the metal on the side facing the sun. The tower also sways 6-7 cm (2-3 in) in the wind.Maintenance of the tower includes applying 50 to 60 tons of paint every seven years to protect it from rust. In order to maintain a uniform appearance to an observer on the ground, three separate tones of paint are used on the tower, with the darkest tone on the bottom, and the lightest at the top. On occasion the colour of the paint is changed — the tower is currently painted a shade of brownish-grey. [7] On the first floor there are interactive consoles hosting a poll for the colour to use for a future session of painting. The co-architects of the Eiffel Tower are Emile Nouguier, Maurice Koechlin and Stephen Sauvestre. As a global landmark, the Eiffel Tower is featured in media including films, video games, and television shows. These include The 400 Blows, Superman II, Team America: World Police, Sex and the City, 28 Weeks Later, Rush Hour 3, the 1985 James Bond film A View to a Kill, and the video game Twisted Metal 2.

Yes, this is a beautiful pic. Great lighting and color. Photograping the most famous building in the world is always difficult, and I think this picture stands out.

Actually, it's not from an angle I have seen hundred times - it is one of the best pictures of the Eiffel tower I have seen.
Well Done. Like the colors.

Hi Panagiotis,
It's not easy to photograph something that is so often showed, so who is bringing something new? Well, i must admit that this point is not new, but your colour treatment and your exposure is excellent. I love the blue/grey sky which makes such a good contrast against the red/brown from the tower that the whole picture is lifted up a class higher as we see normally...great piece of work..!!!

Hi Pana, difficult to find an original POV on this so shooted monument, but here you got a very appealing picture.
The moment of the day was really propice for a great shot, i love the mix of warm and cold tones, the handling of contrasts is also perfect.
You did really really well here

Hi Panagiotis,
The perspective is great, the cloudy sky gives the picture a nice mood. It's hard to take interesting photos of the tower since so many have done it, but this is reailly attractive. Great work!

Bonsoir Panagiotis
un bon choix de cadrage de cette célèbre Tour Eiffel et une bonne lumière pour faire ressortir son architecture; J'apprécie l'équilibre de la compo.

Nice angle all the same. The rust brown colouring works well here. The dramatic perspective really emphasizes the tower in a spectacular way. Nice work.

Pin sharp shot here Panagiotis.
Not much to complain about. I like the point of view directly on the sharp corner.
