Unbelievable to think, but this is the Baltic sea last year. I can't remember the last time that the sea in the Bay of Gdansk froze like this. The ice was extremely thick, because among the various foot prints, bike prints, etc in the ice, there were also a few tire tracks... These two guys were hacking away to cast their lines, and I just caught the moment of breaking through.

A very minimalist picture, so I am curious about your reaction.

Hello piotr...here is the workshop I promised.



The purpose of this workshop was to show you the other angle I was trying to explain. This is what it might have looked like if you had walked more to the right, putting the fishermen in the left of the photo.



I copied the men and moved them over, trying to blend in the different shades of sky and snow. Then using the clone tool, I covered the original men with areas surrounding them. Then I cropped the photo to move the sun over, as if you had really walked to the right.



It's just another perspective of your photo.
